  1. To forward a message:
  2.  1) Open the message.
  3.  2) Click the 'FWD' button.
  4.  3) Select forwarding option.
  5.     As Is - Sends an identical copy of the message.
  6.     With Changes - Allows you to add text to the message.
  7.  4) Send the message.
